If you look good you feel good. I’m a firm believer in this philosophy and try to do my best every day to at least put on a little bit of makeup and feel my best. Today’s yellow ruffle dress look makes me feel like I’m walking on sunshine. I originally wore this yellow ruffle dress for Wally’s dedication on Mother’s Day. It was the perfect pick to be modest, fancy, and for me to feel like a cool mom. The floral pattern was a great way to celebrate spring and the mega ruffle hem was so fun and fancy.

Although I chose mom’s day and spring, this is an amazing dress for any occasion; especially a wedding or cocktail party. Wear it belted, or not and throw on your favorite sandals for a perfect look ready for any occasion. I opted for the belted look to get a more defined waist and chose my trusty block heel sandals because they emphasized the purple in the flowers and they are beyond comfy. I always wear them when I want to wear a heel without feeling like I’m wearing heels.

I love pairing my GG belts with everything (see other looks here) because they literally go with everything, but you can swap it for a variety of belts and still get a chic look.
