Happy Tuesday everyone! I don’t know how long it’s going to take to get used to quarantine life, but I can tell you I’m not there yet. I keep thinking “this will be the last week” and it never is. I know things are opening up, but there is still some wide-spread hesitation about re-entering society with existing and new cases lingering. For today’s twosday post I wanted to share two casual looks with this tie-dye dress that are perfect for stay at home life and require minimal effort.

If you haven’t noticed yet, I’m totally obsessed with the tie dye trend. It started with adding 1-2 pieces I really loved to my wardrobe, like this tie-dye dress, then before I knew it, it was taking over. Other than the fun explosion of color, I honestly couldn’t tell you why I love it so much. I was never into it growing up and can say I didn’t willingly own anything tie-dye when I was a kid. I’m going to make my educated, fashion-professional guess and say that it’s just a great evolution. Fashion is cyclical and everything always comes back around (headbands, doc martins, and fringe) reinvented and better than before. The kids that grew up wearing tie-dye are now the designers putting their personal touch on it and it’s so exciting to see, shop and wear.
