Stripe Dress for Summer - Reese's Hardwear

Happy Friday Junior y’all! I can’t believe how this week has flown by. Usually I feel like short weeks drag on but this one has flown by. Probably because my to do list after a long weekend offline totally piled up on me. I’ve also been super busy planning a really big surprise for you guys. I’ve been dying to share but it’s almost ready so stay tuned for that big post. Now that I’m getting back up to speed and pumping my veins with all the coffee, I’m realizing I have a total obsession with Summer stripes – including today’s wide stripe dress. This stripe dress is a total must have for Summer and the perfect item to pack for your next vacay. The green stripe (a nice break from my blue habit lately) is so fresh and I love how wide the pattern is. I am also loving the halter neckline. The one shoulder and off shoulder styles have been so fab over the past few seasons, but I’ve always loved the halter neckline and the way it fits me so I’m pretty excited it’s starting to make a come back.

Vacation and Summer in general always give me a playful spirit when it comes to styling. Fruit theme accessories, bright colors and playful prints are so inspiring and just make me feel happy. I found the cutest pineapple earrings (under $20) that were perfect for this dress. I’m still easing my feet back into heels after two surgeries last year so I opt for flats whenever possible. These Dolce Vita slides are from last year but they brought back some updated versions this year and they are a must!! I have them in black and leopard and love throwing them on with shorts, dresses and my white jeans. They are just as versatile as my Jack Rogers and so so comfy!
