Somewhere Over the Rainbow Row

If you’ve been following and visiting Reese’s Hardwear for a while, you know I love Charleston and the color that fills the beautiful city. Each iconic spot is beautiful and unique, but my favorite place is Rainbow Row. I know, I know it is the most touristy of places but that is why I love it so much; the people-watching is 100 and you never know what or who you’re going to find snapping pictures or walking down the street. I was so inspired by the colors of Rainbow Row, I partnered with a few friends to re-create the colorful beauty with outfits.

You probably know by now, that I’m obsessed with Beck Bags. They are as colorful as I am and perfect for a busy mom who is always on the go. I’m somewhat embarrassed to admit that I have the large tote and have no issues filling it to the brim when Wally and I venture out of the house. This idea first started with them. I was outfit planning and packing for Charleston Fashion Week – Event No. 2, when I thought about matching a look and a bag to Rainbow Row. I spend a lot of time shooting looks on Rainbow Row with Kim Graham and new we would have so much fun shooting this series.

After Beck Bags was on board, I thought about another of my favorite colorful brands: Lisi Lerch. Lisi Lerch is my go-to for colorful earrings and accessories. I love all of their styles and colors and would take one of everything they have to offer. It was so fun to partner with them for this shoot and I can’t wait to show you all the fabulous earrings in each look.

After the accessories were set, it was time to focus on the main attraction: the lewks. As I mentioned in this post, one of my favorite things about Charleston Fashion Week events is discovering new designers and talent in the fashion industry. 831 Minhle is one of those talented artists you just want to dress you every day. All her clothing fit as if she made it just for me. Minh Le’s color and fabric choices are so bright, stunning, and luxurious it’s no wonder she has been featured in Elle, The Cut, Vogue and shown at NYFW. In case you couldn’t tell, I had so much fun styling the pieces and have plans on adding a few to my wardrobe in the near future.

I hope you guys love this post as much as I do. It took a lot of time and planning but I’m so happy with how it turned out.
