Good Morning everyone! It’s sad but true that vacation is officially over- as is my blogging hiatus. I don’t know about all of you but my vacation was much needed and so great that it was especially hard to peel myself out of bed this morning. It didn’t take me long at all to get used to sleeping in and living in gym clothes all day.
I’m also dying because I started a much needed cleanse yesterday and while I am usually two cups of coffee deep by now, I am living caffeine free for 6 more days. Even though I’m riding the struggle bus today I am so excited to be back in my routine and so excited to start another year of blogging! My blogging journey has been long and at times crazy and hard but I have loved every minute of it. While I didn’t post much over the holidays, I did a lot of behind the scenes work you may have noticed… New year = new look! I’m pretty excited about the new appearance and new outfits. 2016 was such a learning year. I hit so many of my goals and saw a lot of growth (thanks to all of you!) and am ready to keep it going this year.
Lately, I’ve been totally crushing on all kinds of sleeve drama. Ruffled, high volume, long length and one shoulder styles bring a freshness to the tops scene I haven’t felt in a while. This tiered ruffle sleeve sweater is the most dreamy shade of blush pink and goes with so many different style bottoms! It is so easy I treat it as a neutral and have loved it every time I have had it on. I threw it on over my go-to coated moto pants for an edgier NYE look but also paired it with a soft crushed velvet pant (coming soon!). Speaking on NYE, what did you guys do? I’d love to hear about your holiday! Wes and I had a big dinner with some family (we have a good many birthdays between the 30th and the 31st) then settled in and watched a movie.

I love how you’ve styled this top! I’ve seen a dress with similar sleeves and material but it really didn’t work as a dress. But I LOVE this look paired with your pants. Definitely the best outfit I’ve seen of this style. & those earrings are adorable!
