Does anyone else have vacation on the brain?! We’re officially two weeks away from our first family vacation and I can’t tell if I’m super nervous or super excited. We’ve never taken Wally on a road trip longer than two hours and we’ve got a solid 6 hr drive ahead of us and that doesn’t include stops. I’m sure he will be ok but until I figure out a game plan, I’m going to focus on the more fun parts of trip planning; like getting the must-have vacation items and figuring out what to wear. I’m really into these easy, flowy jumpsuits for vacation. They are easy to wear over a bathing suit or with loads of jewelry and wedges for dinner at your favorite waterfront restaurant.

My other must-have vacation items include a throw all tote. I have been carrying my Beck bags for a while now and they are amazing! If you’re guilty of throwing everything in a bag and digging for it later, these are the best bags for you! You may want to opt for a woven or water resistant material, but for travel and going out I 100% recommend the Beck brand. Sunglasses are also a must-have. It may seem like a no-brainer, but you’d be surprised how many times I hear of people not bringing sunglasses or forgetting to bring them. Protecting your eyes is crucial, especially in the bright midday sun. They also make the outfit so just snag a few pairs on Amazon if you’re afraid your investment pair won’t hold up.
