The fall season is so great for it’s rich color palette and darker hues. Just because it is Fall, doesn’t mean we have to give up floral patterns. This dark floral top is a great way to keep botanical patterns in your wardrobe but not look like you’re hanging on to Summer with everything you’ve got. Honestly, I think the black ground on this dark floral top is so refreshing.

When I don’t know what to wear, my go-to outfit formula is always skinny jeans and a flowy boho top.  I swap the flowy top for chunky sweaters when it gets really cold. The combo is simple enough to put together in a pinch but styled enough to look clean and crisp for running around town. I also love floppy hats. Fall and summer are great seasons where a cute hat looks so chic but covers so much. Bad hair day? No problem, a wide brim or floppy hat will cover it all and look so fab. I’ve had this grey one for a few years now but it is my tried and true. I rotate this one and my black one the most because they (obvi) go with everything.

Another great thing about fall fashion, in addition to dark floral tops, is the selection of classic leather bags. There is nothing more classic than a great leather bag. My coach saddle bag is large enough to fit everything I need while I’m on the go but has great style with the wine color and hot pink stitching. TBH- the shot pink inside and stitching are what totally sold me on this bag. Subtle surprises are my weakness.
