When in doubt, throw on all the colors. With the official start of Spring just mere days away – two to be exact, I’m celebrating with some of my favorite pieces and favorite trends: color blocking. Color blocking is one of my favorite Spring trends because it is one that allows for all the color. I can pretty much put any combo together and chalk it up to color blocking. I snagged most of this look from the Atlantic Pacific collection released at Nordstrom last Fall but have found it to be great for transitioning to Spring. The colors are so vibrant and the pieces really mixed and matched with most of my existing wardrobe, including my fave pleated skirt.
I got this skirt for a total steal ($20) and have been wearing it non- stop. I love the jade hue because it can be brightened for Spring or brought down with richer hues for the Fall months. Spoiler alert: I paired it with a few neon pieces for a super bright color blocking look. Be sure to check back next week when it goes live. While most of the AP collection for Nordstrom is sold out, I’ve linked all available items and almost identical items you can use to recreate this look.
