This look gives me all the feels. I really love this time of year because it is totally acceptable to wear extra amounts of tulle, sparkle and Christmas plaid prints 24/7. I was so excited to get dressed up for this shoot. It was the first time I wore anything remotely fancy or festive since Wally was born and it felt great to feel like myself again. In addition to shooting this look, we also shot our very first Christmas card. Wes and I always said we would wait til we had kids to do a Christmas card. Even though getting a two week old baby to cooperate for a pic was its own special event, it was totally worth it. I’m equally excited to share the final result as I am this amazing polka dot tulle skirt. It is y favorite piece from the Atlantic Pacific x Halogen collection that launched a month ago so I knew it was the piece I worked all of our outfits around. I can’t wait to style it and my favorite Christmas plaid shirt for all the parties this year.
