Rise and shine everyone! I cannot believe how this week is flying by! I am usually dragging or stressing in these short weeks but I am feeling super calm and cool this week. It has also been a super casual week for me. After dressing up for all the holiday parties it has been nice to live in all my favorite jeans. 

I’ve worn these Levi’s on repeat lately but they are classics and have the best fit and feel and go so well with my camo jacket. This was such a fun outfit to throw on! It’s kind of hard to tell but my top is the coziest fuzzy sweater that is perfect for the bitter cold January temps we usually endure in NC. It fits like a t-shirt so you can be totally chill wearing it around the house or layered up for a public appearance. It is also one of those pet-able tops you have to remind yourself to keep your hands off.

I mentioned earlier this week that I started a much needed cleanse. I am currently on day 4 of 7 and can honestly say I really needed it! It’s crazy how sometimes we are a little oblivious to what our bodies need. I try to do this at least two times a year just to re-set everything and so far this is the best one I have done! I’m tracking all my meals, exercise and “feelings” each day so stay tuned for my recap.
