Happy Monday friends! I hope y’all had the best weekend. We spent the weekend at home knocking things off our to-do list and boy did it feel good to get so much done! I’m extra motivated today because I’m still feeling the high of accomplishment. Good thing, because my anxiety about how quickly Thanksgiving is approaching is growing each day. I’m hosting the family dinner for the first time this year so I’m really excited, yet really nervous. If you didn’t know, I’m a huge perfectionist and have to have everything, well, perfect. The house, the place settings, the food all has to be executed with all details accounted for.
I’ll get into that more later this week when I share my Thanksgiving tablescapes post. For now, I want to share a look with this amazing faux leather skirt that is perfect for all your Thanksgiving events. Whether you are hosting, doing friendsgiving, celebrating with co-workers or just going out for a bite, this faux leather skirt is a great staple to have. I was immediately drawn to it because it is the perfect shade of brown. I’m not a huge fan of true dark brown anything but love the versatility of a good congac or camel colored piece.
This faux leather skirt just screamed fall; think chestnuts, hazelnut and any other comforting fall things. The midi length is everything and seriously the perfect length to wear with boots, booties or sneaks. I wore it for Wally’s first birthday a few weeks ago and have been reaching for it non-stop ever since and know I’ll be reaching for it for some of my Thanksgiving festivities.
